PLANNER

Responsibilities are to:

  • Prepare production build plan base on customer forecast and orders
  • Prioritizes job orders for production optimization and liaise with Planning Clerk to prepare and release route card to master planner for production loading
  • Liaise with buyers on materials requirement and inventory control to prevent excess stock of materials
  • Liaise with Sub Con planners to monitor part delivery schedule for subsequent process
  • Resolve issues that potentially will affect customer OTD including quality issues
  • Review FG level for forecast base customers to prevent excess build for discrete PO
  • Lead for Keysight Account related to all work cell or projects
  • Maintain planning parameters such as safety stock, buffer time and adjust the build plan according to customer requirement
  • Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption for production, sub con work flow and also customer OTD
  • Maintain active Job Orders in the E-soft system for Keysight and periodic cleaning on the completed Job Orders

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in in Planning and Scheduling or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 year of working experience in Planning and Scheduling in sheet metal fabrication or other manufacturing environment
  • Experience in Production Planning & Scheduling
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to form good team work and with a positive work attitude
  • Customer oriented, pleasant personality with good negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage internal & external customers
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal in English
  • Result oriented and pro-active
  • Positive work attitude, a self-starter, able to work individually or in a team
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
  • Ability to work independently and still make significant contributions to the team
  • Ability to priorities and multi-task under time constraint
  • Preferable who can speak and understand mandarin

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities are to:

  • To liaise with Planning, Engineering, Production and Warehouse Departments to ensure timely delivery to customers worldwide
  • To provide administration support to Sales & Marketing
  • To co-ordinate with customers on order fulfilment related issues
  • To monitor and provide feedback to management on any issues/ problems pertaining to deliveries, products or our sales services
  • To liaise with customers enquiries and on all delivery arrangements with our customers
  • To provide forecast analysis for supplier management inventory programs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience. Candidates with Customer Service experience are highly preferred
  • Customer oriented, pleasant personality with good negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage internal & external customers
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal in English
  • Result oriented and pro-active

SYSTEM ANALYST

Responsibilities are to:

  • Supporting throughout the systems development life cycle
  • System deployment and support
  • Liases between users and vendor
  • Identify opportunities for systems improvement
  • To carry out all assignments as per required by Manager and Head of the Company from time to time

Requirements:

  • Possess Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent fields
  • Analytical and meticulous for details
  • At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing or software is preferably
  • Computer skills – basic knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
  • Ability to work under pressure with positive attitude and cope with tight deadlines
  • Sufficient Proficiency in English, ,i.e. able to manage conversations with our internal and external customers in English (& be understood / understand) is a definite requirement

FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities are to:

  • To handle fixed asset management, full set accounts and month end closing
  • To handle daily accounting functions such as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and other related accounting task assigned
  • To prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis report and to report on discrepancies or abnormal transactions
  • To responsible for overall credit control function
  • To prepare billing, collection and others charges
  • To undertake any ad-hoc assignments and reporting as and when required

Requirements:

  • Possess Degree / Professional Degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent in Accounting
  • At least 2 years working experience in manufacturing working environment

Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities are to:

  • Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Complies with statutory and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
  • Safeguards warehouse operations and contents.
  • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
  • Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning design layouts.
  • Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer service in the inventory team.
  • Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
  • Keep track of quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
  • Arrange and plan out warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process shipments.
  • Supervise, coach and train the inventory team.
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
  • Continuously look for improvements to operations.
  • Working proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies and manage expectations.

Requirements:

  • A Degree or Diploma in Warehouse/ Logistics Management, however all other disciplines will be considered if candidate has related work experience.
  • At least 8 years related warehouse/ logistics experience, preferably in the manufacturing and sheet metal industry.
  • Knowledge of import/ shipping procedures would be an advantage.
  • Must be very PC literate (Power Point, Word & Excel).
  • Must have excellent communication skill.
  • Able to work independently and resourceful enough to resolve minor ad-hoc problems effectively.
  • Knowledge in Customs clearance & Tax Duties for imports would be an added advantage.

Purchasing Manager

Responsibilities are to:

  • The Purchasing Manager will liaise with known, potential vendors & suppliers to negotiate and purchase all direct & indirect material purchases.
  • The candidate will be tasked to receive, review and fulfill each and every purchase requisition from start to end, i.e. ensuring form completeness, effective sourcing & negotiating, evaluation of quotations and their submission for decision making.
  • Finally, the candidate will also need to liaise with internal parties (Warehousing, Planning & Production) & external parties (Vendors & Forwarding Agents) in order to ensure correct and timely deliveries.

Requirements:

  • A Degree or Diploma in Purchasing/ Material Management, however all other disciplines will be considered if candidate has related work experience.
  • At least 10 years related purchasing experience, preferably in the manufacturing and sheet metal industry.
  • Experienced in handling overseas purchases, thus some knowledge of import/shipping procedures, would be an advantage.
  • Must be very PC literate (Power Point, Word & Excel).
  • Must have excellent communication skill as the candidate will need to correspond both local and international suppliers.
  • Able to work independently and resourceful enough to resolve minor ad-hoc purchasing related problems effectively.
  • Knowledge in Customs clearance & Tax Duties for imports would be an added advantage.
