CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

Responsible for costing and quotation preparations, order processing, coordination of deliveries, shipment rescheduling, and to handle all enquiries relating to customer satisfaction and order fulfillment.
Provide all necessary assistance & services on customer’s requests & complaints and to liaise with internal departments to meet or exceed customer’s satisfaction.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
Candidates without a Degree will need to have at least 2 year(s) of working experience in a related field.
Conversant in Microsoft Office, i.e. Word, Power Point and Excel.
Good interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to communicate with people of all levels.
Must be fluent in both written and spoken English. Those who can speak reasonably good Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin would have an advantage.
Process strong analytical problem solving, documentation and organization skills.

PLANNERS (PRODUCTION/MATERIAL)

Responsibilities:

Managing of production planning and raw material planning systems.
Build up forecast based on production order and track daily output.
Compile all production data and conduct pricing and contract negotiations for all raw materials.
Ensure timely logistic arrangement and smooth shipment of finished goods.
Possess the experience of using ERP system.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry.
A team player, self-motivation and result oriented.
Ability to communicate effectively with at all levels.

ENGINEERS (MECHANICAL/INDUSTRIAL/PROCESS)

Responsibilities:

To provide technical support & anticipate production problems. Identifying and resolving technical process problems related to materials, tooling and equipment in the area of responsibility.
Able to design suitable jigs & fixtures to improve machine capabilities, productivity and efficiency.
Drive overall machine and cost effectiveness to meet overall department goals and objectives.
Explore any improvement opportunity and makes proposal for corrective and preventive actions.
To define specification of the assigned project in line with customer’s requirement.
To drive the business to achieve company target/business KPIs.
To lead the NPI project and meeting customer expectations.
Able to provide mechanical structure advice and to the team & customers.
Works closely with new and existing customers in the development of new products or in the redesigning/modification of existing products.
Leads project team in new product initial assessment including the review of engineering specifications and the selection of materials, suppliers and sub-con.
Works closely with production and external vendors/suppliers/sub-con to develop prototypes based on customer specifications, including qualifying vendors and materials suppliers.
Responsible for the development of related R.F.Q. based on approved new product specifications and costs parameters.
Follow through on manufacturability of new product and be responsible for the handover to production and engineering upon successful project implementation, including all relevant process and engineering specifications and documentations.
Define and establish product configuration and process control and process flow in the operations.
Define process problems, quality issues, implement solutions to stabilize processes and evaluate results.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or post graduate diploma in Electronic/Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry.
Experience in the field of Sheet Metal fabrication and assembly will be added an advantage.
Proficiency in computer with skills in AutoCAD software, 3D solid works, CAD & CAM software tools & layouts plan design skills.
A self-starter, creative, self-motivated, self-initiative, strong analytical, team player and result oriented.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of the English language is essential.
Able to work independently with responsibility and integrity.

ENGINEERS (QA)
___________________________________________________________________________________________
Responsibilities:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline.
Minimum 2 years experience in QA function, preferably in a similar industry.
Proactive in dealing with customers on the quality issues, handling customer complaints and maintain good customer relations.
Computer literate in Microsoft office application.
Experience in ISO Quality System Management or Internal Audit.
Knowledge in SPC, CPK, FMEA and In-process Control will be added an advantage.
Experience in liaison with Customer.
Must be fluent in both written and spoken English. Those who can speak reasonably good Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin would have an advantage.
Good negotiation skills.
Able to travel mainly within Penang.
Have own transport (car).

Requirements:

Support customer with corrective actions and follow-up action plan.
Maintain QMS and implementation of internal audit.
Involvement in all the quality improvement activities.
Work with internal team member to improve customer product Quality.
Provide technical advice to improve the existing product Quality.
Coordinate with NPI and Production team on the New Product launching.
Manage RMA activity and cost.
